Clean and roomy hotel. Comfortable beds. Staff is incredibly friendly, especially a manager who showed kindness after my surgery. Early check-in was a nice touch. improvements are needed. Hot water in the shower was non-existent, and the A/C controls on the wall weren't functional. The shuttle service? Complicated and unreliable, especially for late arrivals. Better options exist. Breakfast staff was a bright spot, pleasant and helpful. But after a long, exhausting day, I expected more. Telling the front desk about my hot water issue elicited a blank stare rather than a solution. This place has potential. Just needs sharper execution and better communication.

The bed was very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the AC did not work properly, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Noise levels were moderate; some disturbances from the hallway could be heard. The bathroom toiletries were excellent. The coffee maker, unfortunately, emitted an unpleasant smell, despite several clean cycles. With such features, the room's overall comfort varied significantly.

Check-in was smooth, and the staff was welcoming. The room was spacious, stylish, and super comfy, especially the bed and large TV. Loved the huge walk-in shower too. Breakfast hit the spot. waiting over an hour for the airport shuttle was frustrating, and I found keys in the ice bucket-definitely a cleanliness oversight. The shuttle situation for our return to the hotel after the cruise was confusing. Electrical issues caused a loss with my charger, which was a hassle. There are definitely great elements, but a few annoyances could be improved.
